Combatting potential violence including sexual assault requires a set of easily learned skills to help you to protect yourself - here at SpartaKM our aim is to equip you with those skills and give you the confidence to use them.

There are various room and tent sizes and we will do our best to put friends/clubs together! Book early to ensure places!
Please note that this is primarily an outdoor event so please bring suitable clothing and spares in case of adverse weather conditions!
You will need boxing gloves, a gum shield and a groin guard to take part in this event!!!!!
