I joined Krav just after the first lock down, with everyone having a hard year i wanted to add something positive to my life and learn something new.

I personally don’t do well in groups of people i don’t know due to anxiety, but i was made to feel welcome and at ease instantly.

Paul is an amazing instructor, he is friendly, welcoming and spends the time to teach you the correct technique, he also keeps it light hearted, making the class fun as well as informative.
